What is MOBILIZATION?  *

MOBILIZATION allows us to systematically, through a structure, educate our members on issues and achieve a high level of participation in collective actions.

 The foundation of MOBILIZATION is the workplace structure which allows the Union to communicate one-on-one, worker-to-worker, with every single one of our members in a short period of time.

MOBILIZATION is a continuous process of:

                               1.  Organization
                               2.  Education
                               3.  Collective Action

 At the heart of the MOBILIZATION plan is the recognition
that a Union's strength is with its members.

Contract gains are not won at the bargaining table.  They are won away from the table through the visible unity and support of the membership.
