Employees then just need to click on the heading that matches their inquiry or go to the quick links to jump directly to a specific topic. There is also an option on the HROneStop called “Click To Chat” where you can chat on the site directly with someone to answer your questions. External: Access.att.com is a place for employees and retirees to access AT&T news and benefits information from home. You can access this website if you are an active employee, on a leave of absence or a retiree eligible for post-employment health benefits. https://access1.sbc.com/ Benefits Questions – (877) 722-1787. Questions about 401K would go to Fidelity at (800) 416-2363 Payroll Problems – Either their Group Time Reporter (Linda Ganter - (469) 229-7070) or HROneStop (888) 722-1787. If calling HROneStop, the employee needs to have either your Group Time Reporter your supervisor on the line with you. FMLA Questions – FMLA would be through HROneStop. Disability questions would go to the Integrated Disability Service Center at (866) 276-2278 (Sedgwick)
